The cake was a chocolate cake surrounded by wafer cookies candy bars and topped with chocolate candy Pieces. the cones were filled with chocolate fudge and topped with mini chocolate chip muffins secured to the top of the cone with chocolate and sprinkles. #JustLikeHatties

Disigned by my nephew for his birthday several years ago. He had a very specific idea of what it is he wanted, and I made it just to him. It was butter cream icing with fondant decorations. #JustLikeHatties

This was my daughters high school graduation Cake in 2014. I was still learning how to work with fondant, so it is far from perfect. I make my own fondant from marshmallows, so no matter how it looked, it tasted great. #JustLikeHatties

This Cake starts with my strawberry cake, that is soaked in a triple milk mixture. Then topped with whipped cream, and garnished with strawberry halves. #JustLikeHatties

This is a classic that hardly needs explanation. But, I'll give one anyway. It is a triple layer chocolate cake with a cooked pecan and coconut custard filling, and a ring of chocolate buttercream. #JustLikeHatties

These dark chocolate cupcakes have a cream center, and a whipped cream icing. They are garnished with chocolate sandwich cookies and crumbs. #JustLikeHatties

This was made for my son's Confirmation many years ago. It was white and chocolate cupcakes, with fondant flowers and leaves, and chocolate butterflies and dragonflies displayed on a palm leaf. #JustLikeHatties

Made for a solar eclipse party. These chocolate cupcakes has a black, teal and purple swirl icing with star confetti. #JustLikeHatties

This was the cake for my son's Confirmation many years ago. I used gold on the edges like a Bible would have on the pages, his name, and his Bible verse. Then I used fondant flowers, and a chocolate butterfly and chocolate dragon fly. I also did a cupcake cross for this occasion. That will be featured later. #JustLikeHatties

This buttery pound cake has shredded coconut inside, and a thin powdered sugar glaze with shredded coconut sprinkled on top. #JustLikeHatties
