This was another of my first fondant creations. A cake for a 50th birthday, complete with a red hat and gloves. I even put a ring on one of the fingers with the birthday girls first initial. #JustLikeHatties

This cake is strawberry overload. It is a white cake, with strawberry buttercream. It is finished with white chocolate drip, gold sprinkles and white and pink dipped strawberries. #JustLikeHatties

This started as a variation of my strawberry cake but lemon with chopped fresh blueberries. Then the three milk soak, and it topped with fresh whipped cream. Finally it is garnished with blueberries and lemon zest. #JustLikeHatties
