These were Hot Chocolate Sugar Cookies. The dough actually has marshmallows and chocolate chips in it. They were then cut out and decorated like Christmas stocking. These were also some of the first time I used stencils on sugar cookies, so the snowflakes were a little thick on the icing. #JustLikeHatties

The trail mix to bring on some good luck. LOL. This mix starts with rice Chex cereal, then I add pretzel sticks, Mint M&Ms and freeze dried marshmallows. Then it is all covered in white chocolate and rolled in powdered sugar. #JustLikeHatties

This was the cake for my son's Confirmation many years ago. I used gold on the edges like a Bible would have on the pages, his name, and his Bible verse. Then I used fondant flowers, and a chocolate butterfly and chocolate dragon fly. I also did a cupcake cross for this occasion. That will be featured later. #JustLikeHatties

These were for a Baby is Brewing baby shower. They are 2 ounces of chocolate and cake. For the white cake I used clear rock candy as the "ice", and the chocolate got a little cinnamon sprinkle. #JustLikeHatties
