This cute combo was for my kid's birthdays one year. This white chocolate fudge has 2 layers the first is the carrot cake layer with all the yummy spice you love in a carrot cake. The second layer is a white chocolate cream cheese fudge layer, because carrot cake is not carrot cake without the cream cheese icing.
