Jamaican Cornmeal Pudding

This isn't exactly Cake or bread pudding. It is a little of both. It starts with cornmeal, then has coconut milk, sugar, and spices. It can be made with or without spiced rum, and is amazing with a spiced rum caramel and ice cream.
