Acorn Rattle Cookies

Rattle cookies feature a small isomalt window that reveals the sprinkles moving between the cookies. My first attempt was shaped like an acorn, filled with sprinkles in autumn colors. I once had a video showcasing the cookie in motion, but unfortunately, it has been lost over time.
