Penguin Birthday

A few years back, I made these cakes for my aunt's birthday in January. Since she adored penguins, I crafted them from modeling chocolate. It was my first experience creating or handling modeling chocolate. My favorite detail on the cake is the tiny penguins on the top left, playfully sliding onto the cake—a touch of whimsy for a truly special lady.
