Smore's Cheesecake

This S'mores Cheesecake is a perennial favorite. It's a chocolate cheesecake nestled in a graham cracker crust, topped with toasted marshmallows, graham crackers, and crumbs, and finished with a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Calling it rich would be an understatement, but then again, what baked cheesecake isn't?
