Caramel Apple Fruit Pizza

Like all my fruit pizzas, this one begins with my original sugar cookie base. It's then layered with my fruit dip, apple chunks, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and finished with a swirl of caramel sauce. It was a big success at a work potluck I attended a few years ago.
