Homemade Fondant

After spending the day with my Grandson on his first birthday, I came home to start the prep wok for his smash cake for his party on Saturday. Homemade Fondant, it's not for the whole cake, just the decorations, but it tastes so much better than the mass produced stuff you normally get on cakes.
