These tart little cookies are just melt in your mouth yummy. The soft buttery texture is similar to a Russian Teacake, but the flavor is fresh and tangy lemon. Can also be made without the poppy seeds, or maybe lemon is not your flavor of choice. Try Lime, or orange.
