Russian Tea Cakes

These delightful treats go by various names such as Mexican Wedding Cookies, Snowball Cookies, or Butterballs. In my family, we call them Russian Tea Cakes. They were a Christmas staple in my mother's home. These cookies are made with butter, powdered sugar, and chopped pecans, and are rolled in powdered sugar right after baking. Simply delightful. And they're perfect for any time of the year, not just the Christmas season.
