Happy Heavenly Birthday Mom

Today would have been my Mother's 66th birthday. Sp in her honor I am posting a picture of her last Prism Cake. She was a wonderful cook, but this wiggly dessert was always the Christmas Wild Card. Would it keep it's shape after unmolding or would it flop. The craziness that would erupt every Christmas Eve in her kitchen when she would start unmolding. Drum Roll Please...

Now for those who do not know Prism Cake or Broken Glass Cake is a milk gelatin dessert, with vibrant cubes of jello, and a graham cracker crust.
