National S'Mores Day

Today is National S'Mores Day. The earliest recipe for S'mores was found in a Girl Scouts publication in 1927, combining graham crackers, chocolate, and roasted marshmallows.

In honor of National S'mores Day I posted a picture of my S'Mores cheesecake. It is a chocolate cheesecake with a graham cracker crust. And it is finished off with roasted marshmallows, chocolate sauce, and graham cracker crumbs.
